Requirements

5+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering within Aerospace, Defence, or a similar complex engineering environment.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field or a UK military technical background.
Strong background in Requirements Engineering, with experience in tools like DOORS.
Proficiency in MBSE methodologies, including SysML and UML.
Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architect, Capella, or similar modelling tools.
Understanding of system verification, validation, and compliance processes.
Ability to work within structured engineering processes in accordance with industry standards.
