Overview

The Mid-Level Production Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist at Boeing is responsible for leading and maintaining detailed Master Production Schedule plans for various production programs, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

In Short

  • Lead and develop Master Production Schedule plans.
  • Coordinate and communicate project statuses.
  • Perform what-if analysis for program initiatives.
  • Produce metrics for complex projects.
  • Interface with managers and customers.
  • Work in a team environment and possibly lead scheduling efforts.
  • Implement best practices in project management.
  • Assist in performance recovery planning.
  • Identify and resolve shop conflicts.
  • Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in project management or related fields.
  • Experience in finance, scheduling, or industrial engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Open Plan Professional.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proactive and flexible in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in earned value and risk management.
  • Knowledge of BRAIDSS and E-Visuals is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
