Senior Quality Systems Specialist - B Shift - Remote

Overview

The Senior Quality Systems Specialist will lead quality reviews and ensure compliance with program and regulatory requirements at Boeing's Huntsville, AL location.

In Short

• Lead Non-Conformance Reviews (NCR) and approve work instructions.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop Quality budget and cost estimates.
• Conduct quality source selection and process capability assessments.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of complex problems.
• Train senior management on preparation for third-party audits.
• Work under minimal direction with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Conduct audits to determine compliance with quality management standards.
• Assist in developing new standard repairs for nonconforming materials.
• Must obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Requirements

• Experience with AS9100 or similar Quality Management System.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing or support environment.
• 5+ years of experience in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action.
• Experience with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes.
• Ability to interface with internal and external leadership.
• Preferred project management experience.
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels of leadership.
• Experience building cross-functional teams.
