Overview

The Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist will support the Tooling and Fabrication team at Boeing, focusing on integrated planning and scheduling to meet project requirements.

In Short

  • Support preparation and development of integrated plans and schedules.
  • Assist in developing program plans and coordinating with various organizations.
  • Identify and report performance variances.
  • Develop the Integrated Master Production Plan and schedules.
  • Participate in the review of proposed changes to baseline schedules.
  • Perform risk analysis and track project lifecycle activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to align tool orders with program needs.
  • Build reports and share analysis of data with managers.
  • Maintain disciplined revision control of planning/schedule baselines.
  • Ensure alignment of tool orders across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in program planning or project management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Integrated Scheduling tools is a plus.
