Overview

The Associate or Mid-Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist will support the Attack Helicopter Program at Boeing by coordinating and managing integrated planning and scheduling activities.

In Short

  • Join the Attack Helicopter Program at Boeing Defense, Space & Security.
  • Support preparation and development of integrated plans.
  • Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning.
  • Produce and analyze metrics related to project plans.
  • Coordinate document work statements and schedules.

  • Must meet export control compliance requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in program planning or related fields.
  • Experience with project management tools preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field preferred.
  • Experience managing integrated schedules.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as per export control regulations.
  • Shift: 1st Shift.
  • No relocation assistance available.
