Senior Quality Production Specialist - C Shift - Remote

Overview

The Senior Quality Production Specialist will lead Non-Conformance Reviews and provide guidance on quality procedures, ensuring compliance and quality assurance in aerospace manufacturing.

In Short

• Lead Non-Conformance Reviews (NCR) for quality assurance.
• Approve work instructions and train lower-level technicians.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders on quality issues.
• Guide root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee quality planning changes and nonconformance disposition.
• Monitor performance of verification activities.
• Create formal analytical reports for internal/external distribution.
• Work onsite in Huntsville, AL on a 4x10 schedule.
• Must obtain U.S. Security Clearance.

Requirements

• Experience with AS9100 or similar quality management systems.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or support environments.
• 5+ years with Non-Conformance processes.
• 5+ years in root cause analysis and corrective action.
• 3+ years in process teams and leadership reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance preferred.
• Experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience building cross-functional teams.
