The Quality Production Specialist at Boeing Defence UK focuses on ensuring supplier products and services meet quality standards in aviation production environments.

In Short

  • Full-time role supporting E7 prototyping at Birmingham Airport.
  • Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Supplier Management, Engineering, and Program teams.
  • Perform supplier quality conformity activities and manage nonconformances.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years in Quality Assurance within aviation.
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis and product conformance management.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems is desired.
  • Must obtain UK Security Clearance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action.
  • Experience in aerospace regulatory environments (MAA, EASA, CAA, FAA/DCMA).
  • Aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) experience.
  • Ability to work within globally diverse teams.
  • Continuous Improvement or LEAN certifications.
  • Knowledge of APQP or PPAP processes.
