Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Project Management Specialist (IPT Lead) to join the Integrated Payload Array team in El Segundo, California. This role involves leading complex projects and integrating plans and schedules in accordance with project management best practices.

In Short

  • Lead and coordinate integrated plans and schedules for complex projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and external customers.
  • Facilitate integration of project plans and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with project control systems.
  • Travel may be required up to 20% of the time.
  • Work onsite at the El Segundo location.
  • Salary range is competitive based on experience.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of leadership experience in project management.
  • Experience developing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in a production environment and with military or space electronics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Experience with cost analysis and EVMS.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by export control regulations.
