Overview

The Employee Data Governance organization at Boeing is seeking an Experienced Employee Data Management Specialist to oversee daily processing of leave of absence transactions across multiple HRIS systems.

In Short

• Responsible for processing leave of absence transactions.
• Provides HR system expertise to business partners.
• Coordinates small scale projects to resolve HR issues.
• Evaluates complex requests for HR user access.
• Assists in internal/external HR audits.
• Maintains HR systems process documentation.
• Performs analysis on HR system applications.
• Conducts system testing for functionality and data integrity.
• Creates error queries to audit transaction activity.
• Ensures compliance with established HR policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Workday.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• 3+ years of experience in HR policies and procedures.
• 1+ years of experience with Workday HR Management System preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft preferred.
