Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a key ambassador, adept at fostering excellent communication and maintaining positive customer relationships.

In Short

  • Provide application configuration and usage recommendations.
  • Receive and log requests for support from customers.
  • Prioritize requests in accordance with defined criteria.
  • Deliver support to customers and resolve application errors.
  • Monitor the progress of requests for support.
  • Provide correct and timely responses to requests for support.
  • Ensure all work is documented in accordance with standards.
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 Years Hospitality experience.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize requests and implement solutions.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to concentrate under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hospitality distribution.
  • Knowledge of general IT infrastructures.
  • Knowledge of help desk procedures.
