In Short

• Work closely with Design Directors, Leads, and Designers to drive planning and decision-making.
• Facilitate healthy collaboration across departments.
• Manage development schedules for mission design, level design, and feature design.
• Validate schedules and deliverables against overall game goals.
• Improve department workflows and communication structures.
• Identify risks early in the design production cycle.
• Track design deliverables through Jira and other tools.
• Provide production reports on design progress to leadership.
• Mentor and support producers within Design.
• Champion a balance between structure and creative freedom.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of AAA game development pipelines.
• Familiarity with mission design and level design workflows.
• Experience with production tools like Jira and Shotgun.
• Ability to translate creative goals into production plans.
• Skilled in iterative and creative environments.
