In Short

• Join the Narrative Realization team as a Senior Designer.
• Craft story events using cinematics, scripted moments, and dialogue.
• Create and maintain Unreal Engine assets.
• Drive collaboration with animation, engineering, and art teams.
• Communicate and consult between disciplines across the studio.
• Work with production leads to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Facilitate iteration focusing on technical and aesthetic quality.
• Bring a passion for narrative presentation and game development.
• Utilize strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Engage with feedback and balance priorities in an iterative environment.

Requirements

• Broad experience with Unreal Engine and scripting best practices.
• Deep understanding of animation systems and visual scripting.
• Experience in driving content in mixed agency spaces.
• Comfortable developing systems for story and character performance.
• Experienced in cinematic language, timing, and player agency.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Passion for making high-quality games.
