Ghost Story Games is a self-publishing game development studio looking for a Senior Technical Narrative Designer to join the Narrative Team and help bring stories and characters to life in their next project.

In Short

• Design and implement narrative content rules and conditions.
• Participate in narrative design meetings and provide feedback.
• Use Unreal 4 and Blueprint scripting for quests and narrative content.
• Collaborate with the Narrative team and other departments.
• Write and maintain design documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of game development experience.
• Strong understanding of narrative timing and pacing.
• Experience with a shipped title recognized for strong narrative.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong visual scripting or programming skills.
• Experience throughout the entire production cycle.
• Passion for narrative first-person shooters.
