Staff Product Manager - Trust & Safety - Remote

Overview

TextNow is looking for an experienced, savvy, and strategically minded Staff Product Manager to join our Trust & Safety team and help us defeat spam and fraud while delivering a world-class customer experience.

In Short

• Identify the biggest T&S problems to solve and drive projects from start to finish.
• Understand financial and customer-impacting issues related to fraud and abuse.
• Lead a cross-functional team to detect, mitigate, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Drive product definition, strategy, and long-term vision for Trust & Safety initiatives.
• Build, measure, and iterate rapidly using A/B testing and other analytical tools.
• Communicate your vision and gain buy-in from key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years in Product Management at a technology company.
• 3-5 years in Trust & Safety or Risk.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with customer-first solutions.
• Experience in partnering with engineering and data science on AI/ML models.
• Bold risk-taker and self-starter with inventive thinking skills.
• Resourceful and aware of the market and technology landscape.
