Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

You will work closely with our scientific end-users to design, architect, and deliver highly impactful solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech customers.

In Short

• Work with lab scientists and lab managers to translate and define scientific use cases.
• Create a data workflow to develop a solution using the Tetra Data Platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create product plans.
• Assist Customer Success and Professional Services in implementing solutions.
• Manage change management while collecting feedback for improvements.
• Synthesize customer feedback into a vision for current and future customers.
• Build demos and create POCs.
• Provide client training and technical support.
• Engage in business development activities.
• Deep understanding of data management in scientific domains.
