As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Client Marketing Manager to join our team and work directly with the Global Business Development Team to ensure the successful creation and submission of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to potential clients.

In Short

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the video games industry.
• Manage the E2E RFP Process for new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments for proposal preparation.
• Ensure proposals align with client needs and internal capabilities.
• Support ongoing client engagement and performance reviews.
• Track proposal performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the Customer Experience Programme for the group.
• Communicate outcomes and materials at Executive level.
• Work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Utilize CRM for managing proposal documentation and client interactions.

Requirements

• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams.
• Deep understanding of tailoring content to different audiences.
• Strong skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently against key project deadlines.
• Experience in managing client relationships and proposals.
• Ability to create visually engaging presentations.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and capture insights from proposals.
• Experience in the video game service sector is a plus.
