As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Client Marketing Manager to join our team and work directly with the Global Business Development Team to ensure the successful creation and submission of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to potential clients.

In Short

• Manage the proposals process for the group, delivering tailored solutions.
• Lead ongoing client liaison through regular business and project reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal departments.
• Explore and share expert knowledge of the video games industry.
• Ensure proposals align with client needs and internal capabilities.
• Maintain the integrity of the proposal creation process.
• Support the Business Development team throughout the proposal process.
• Track overall performance of proposals and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the Customer Experience Programme for the group.
• Participate in regular client performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years’ Marketing experience.
• At least 3 years in a proposal management role.
• Strong background in sales support and client engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with outsourcing services in the video game industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Strong CRM knowledge.
• Skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Results-driven and focused on continuous improvement.
