Overview

TerraPower is seeking a highly motivated Senior Licensing Manager to lead the Licensing team, overseeing development of licensing documents and managing regulatory engagements in the nuclear technology sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in the nuclear industry (NRC experience preferred).
• 5+ years of advanced reactor licensing experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with 10 CFR regulations.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented skills.
• Willingness to adhere to strict quality standards.
• Ability to lead remote teams.
• High degree of trust and integrity.
• Experience in a matrix organization.
