Cost Estimator - Remote

Overview

The Cost Estimator will support the cost tracking, status reporting, performance analysis, forecasting and project baseline change control at TerraPower, a nuclear technology company.

In Short

• Support cost tracking and status reporting.
• Perform project budget analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Utilize EVMS principles in project management.
• Conduct cost risk analyses and assessments.
• Produce Monthly Project Status Reports.
• Assist in developing project schedules.
• Lead improvement initiatives.
• Support Natrium project-specific processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in large development projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn new software quickly.
• Experience with project management best practices.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated experience in cost estimation.
• Ability to conduct data analysis.
