Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting for AI, ML, systems, hardware, or infrastructure.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
• Curious and resourceful, able to act on insight and adapt quickly.
• Thoughtful communicator who builds trust with engineers and candidates.
