Requirements

• Deep understanding of JEDEC standard DRAMs and specifications.
• 10+ years of experience in memory system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with performance/power simulators.
• Excellent communication skills and mentoring experience.
• PhD in computer architecture or strong research background is a plus.
