Technical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to support our fast-paced talent acquisition efforts on a contract (1099) basis. This role offers flexible weekly hours based on workload, with an anticipated ramp-up from 10 hours/week initially to full-time hours (up to 40 hours/week) during peak periods.

In Short

• Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and progress updates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and manage candidates using the company's Greenhouse applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success placing roles such as Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Software Developers, Data Engineers, and Architects.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently as a contractor.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools.
• Ability to quickly understand technical job requirements.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Access to your own tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
