Principal Software Engineer .NET - Remote

Overview

An Effectual Principal Software Engineer designs, develops, and deploys cloud-based applications for our clients. You will collaborate with teams, including architects and project managers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality cloud solutions. You will report to the Sr. Director App Modernization Practice.

In Short

• Provide technical support and innovative cloud solutions with .NET architectures
• Design new software solutions for critical business needs
• Evaluate, test, design, develop, and integrate new cloud technologies
• Lead large feature releases across teams
• Implement, integrate, maintain, and optimize cloud solutions
• Support existing .NET software functionality
• Build, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Engage with leadership to align approaches with client needs
• Create documentation for software projects
• Identify long-term technical direction for projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in Software Engineering with .NET
• Experience with at least 2 front-end programming languages/frameworks
• AWS Certifications Preferred
• Advanced .NET 6+ development skills
• Experience in microservices architecture
• Knowledge of AWS cloud-native development
• Excellent understanding of information security best practices
• Cross-functional collaboration skills
• Additional front-end development skills are a plus
