Overview

As an Admissions Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective families, guiding them through the full enrolment journey and converting enquiries into successful enrolments.

In Short

• Respond to inbound and conduct outbound enquiries.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to recommend tailored solutions.
• Track and convert leads within agreed SLAs.
• Guide families through subject choices and curriculum requirements.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with Marketing and Enrolment teams for smooth hand-overs.
• Attend training on products and sales best practices.
• Share insights to improve the admissions journey.
• Work some evenings/weekends during peak enrolment periods.
• Empathetic communicator with a passion for education.

Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing sales or customer-service role.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Fluent in English; Afrikaans or a South African vernacular language is desirable.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends during peak periods.
