The Admissions Officer is responsible for handling all aspects of student recruitment at Strayer University, assisting prospective students through the enrollment process while achieving performance objectives.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on results.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week if needed.
• Strong mental acuity and reliable attendance.
• Ability to cope with stressful situations.
