Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to join our Human Resources team, offering hands-on experience across various HR functions.

In Short

• Assist in Compensation and Benefits operations.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete.
• Organize employee activities and wellness programs.
• Draft HR policies, templates, and internal communications.
• Support data entry and reporting tasks using HR software and Excel.
• Participate in other HR projects as assigned.
• Gain practical exposure to core HR functions.
• Receive mentorship and training from experienced HR professionals.
• Work in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Relevant intern experiences are valued.
