Overview

The Compensation & Benefits Manager will oversee compensation policies and benefits programs for the Americas region, ensuring alignment with HQ standards and local regulations.

In Short

  • Review compensation policies for North and South America.
  • Design regional salary plans and equity incentive programs.
  • Participate in external benchmarking exercises.
  • Enhance cost-effectiveness of benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with overseas compensation laws.
  • Act as the point of contact for C&B queries in the region.
  • Partner with HR and legal teams on legislative changes.
  • Requires bilingual communication in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in the Gaming, Tech & Startup sector preferred.
  • Self-driven and adaptable in a complex environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Administration or related field.
  • C&B accreditations such as GRP, CECP, or CBP.
  • Strong adaptability and fast learner.
  • Experience in a highly complex matrixed organization.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English / Mandarin).

Benefits

  • Base pay range: $90,500.00 - $170,300.00/year.
  • Eligibility for sign-on payment and relocation package.

  • 15 to 25 days of vacation per year.
  • Up to 13 holidays and 10 paid sick leave days per year.
