We are looking for a professional, motivated and committed Arabic-speaking Lifestyle Managers in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management.

  • Assist in resolving customer care issues.

  • Gather and send member feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of service and communication.
  • Keep administration and research up to date.
  • Capitalize on requests that could result in commission.
  • Provide alternative options to members when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in luxury lifestyle management or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East market.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in research and problem-solving.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with customer care systems.
  • Passion for travel, dining, and entertainment.
