French-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a French-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team in Spain, providing exceptional service to our premium cardholders.

In Short

• Advising clients via phone and email in French and English.
• Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing.
• Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
• Creating tailored offers and travel itineraries.
• Facilitating unique travel experiences.
• Selling special promotions and exclusive offers.

Requirements

• Excellent language skills in professional French and English (C2).
• Additional languages (German or Italian) are advantageous.
• Tertiary qualification in tourism or equivalent training.
• Several years of experience in the travel industry or a travel agency.
• GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus.
• Strong destination knowledge across key global regions.
• Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle.
• Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available for full-time work (40hrs per week).
• Willingness to work 5 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 CET.
