Overview

As a Client Solution Advisor within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you will implement complex new products and services for clients while providing ongoing relationship management.

In Short

  • Implement complex new products and services for clients.
  • Analyze requirements and gather deliverables for implementation.
  • Provide sales or consultative support to prospects or clients.
  • Consult with clients to gather and utilize data for product/service updates.
  • Act as a project manager coordinating implementation work.
  • Manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously.
  • Serve as an escalation point for implementation and support issues.
  • Coach staff and clients when needed.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for service partners.
  • Ensure positive ongoing client experiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of client relationship management applications.
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in customer support policies and standards.
  • Results-oriented with a personal initiative.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in sales support and administration.
