You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

In Short

• Partner with cross-functional teams for financial planning and reporting.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Drive month-end reviews and variance analysis.
• Enhance FP&A processes and reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional fact-finding to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports.
• Validate project inputs for accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Support strategic investment decisions in R&D.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Commerce.
• Experience in a global public company.
• Strong financial management and reporting skills.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology preferred.
• 7+ years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience.
• Confident modeling skills for financial scenarios.
• Strong understanding of project accounting concepts.
• Experience with FP&A/ERP tools.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Effective communication skills.
