Telepaxx Medical Data provides hospitals and doctors with data protection-compliant, quickly integrable software-as-a-service solutions from the cloud, tailored to the needs of imaging specialties such as radiology, orthopedics, cardiology, or gynecology.

In Short

• Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including creating job ads, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
• Develop and implement employee development strategies to promote growth and advancement.
• Advise and support management in all personnel-related matters, including labor law and conflict management.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs to ensure new employees successfully integrate into the company.
• Enhance our tools for employee assessment and support management during regular employee reviews.
• Measure employee satisfaction and develop incentive systems.
• Promote a positive corporate culture based on the company's values, including openness, trust, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with marketing (employer branding) and accounting (payroll).

Requirements

• Completed studies in personnel management, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in personnel administration, ideally in a technology-oriented medium-sized company or start-up.
• Knowledge of German labor law and experience with HR software solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, combined with high social competence.
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor with an open ear for employees.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
