Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist to manage customer interactions professionally and support outbound sales efforts effectively.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align outbound sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in cold calling and emailing.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of logistics coordination and shipping processes.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a customer service and/or sales support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail is a plus.
  • Team collaboration and adaptability skills.
