Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will act as a liaison between customers and FLIR, ensuring technical solutions are identified and demonstrated for the Midwest territory.

  • 5+ years of experience in technical field sales required.
  • Self-motivated and able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or Business.
  • Strong interest in promoting technology products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational skills for strategic planning.
  • Experience with IR theory and FLIR products preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • History of successful sales and customer engagement.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
