We are seeking a high-performance Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across 16-17 states in the Midwest U.S. for sports and industrial lighting projects.

In Short

Own and grow key relationships with top agents, schools, engineers, and specifiers.
Lead project development, quoting, and closing alongside our elite agent network.
Deliver dynamic presentations (Teams, lunch & learns, site visits).
Be the go-to lighting expert in sports and industrial projects.
Travel regionally (~50%) to close deals.
Proven success selling sports, industrial, or roadway lighting.
Skilled in working with specifiers, engineers, and contractors.
Confident, consultative, and adaptable communicator.
Comfortable managing a large, multi-state territory.
Competitive base salary plus commissions and benefits.

Requirements

Experience in sales of lighting products.
Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for work.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
