Overview

O’Neill Vintners & Distillers is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team in Illinois. This role is pivotal in driving growth and fostering strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers in the Midwest Region.

In Short

  • Full-time position as Regional Sales Manager.
  • Responsible for driving sales and growth in the Midwest Region (IL, MN, WI).
  • Develop annual sales strategy and execution plans.
  • Lead a team consisting of one Market Manager.
  • Manage relationships with senior-level distributor networks.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Accounts team for growth.
  • Analyze business performance and report to VP.
  • Execute and evaluate Strategic Account programs.
  • Frequent travel required to visit accounts and markets.
  • Work in a field environment or home office.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in consumer products.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Leadership experience managing a team.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
  • Valid state driver’s license required.
  • Ability to influence others’ actions without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills.
