The Trade Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing marketing programs that drive sales through distributor, wholesale, retail, and on-premise channels.

Requirements

• 4+ years in trade marketing or shopper marketing for CPG products.
• 1-2 years managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of retail and on-premise marketing.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Canva and data analysis tools like Power BI/Tableau.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for meetings and trade shows.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in the wine/alcohol/beverage industry preferred.
• Knowledge of the 3-tier system and distributor networks.
