Site Acquisition Manager/Specialist - Telecom/Wireless - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Acquisition Manager/Specialist for a Full-Time role with one of our clients, responsible for site selection, leasing, and zoning activities for wireless sites.

In Short

• Responsible for site selection and leasing for wireless sites.
• Manage site acquisition processes including coordination with tower owners.
• Must have previous wireless experience.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Experience in NJ, PA, and DE markets preferred.
• Draft and negotiate lease agreements.
• Complete zoning applications and represent clients.
• Occasional travel within the market may be required.
• Write reports and business letters.
• Resolve issues with urgency.

Requirements

• Experience in site acquisition for wireless telecom.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and zoning codes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Verizon processes is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
