In Short

• Manage new build sites from search ring to real estate completion.
• Oversee modification sites from site audit to real estate completion.
• Handle cell site decommissions and relocations.
• Ensure compliance with local, federal, and state regulations.
• Manage telecommunications and construction project management.
• Collaborate with internal project managers, engineers, and vendors.
• Lead complex projects involving engineering processes.
• Attend meetings to evaluate progress and provide guidance.
• Prepare zoning and permitting applications.
• Coordinate with municipalities on zoning and permitting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel out on the field.
• Knowledge of real estate fundamentals.
• Experience in Zoning & Permitting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in public speaking.
• Strong organization & multitasking skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure.
