Overview

Concordia Wireless is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist I to support ongoing expansion in the telecom infrastructure construction sector. The position is fully remote but candidates in specific states are preferred.

In Short

• Manage new build sites and cell site decommissions
• Attend meetings with internal departments and vendors
• Perform candidate searches for leasing and permitting
• Review contracts for cost optimization
• Verify zoning and permitting processes
• Interface with municipalities on zoning processes
• Prepare zoning and permitting applications
• Coordinate environmental and regulatory reports
• Maintain project tasks in management systems
• Work with legal on lease terms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning or similar
• 1+ years of office experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of GIS maps and codes
• Understanding of real estate fundamentals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
