Overview

The Sales Fulfillment Analyst plays a critical role in supporting revenue operations across TEGNA’s local, national, and multi-market businesses, ensuring accurate, efficient, and high-quality fulfillment of client campaigns.

In Short

• Daily interaction with agencies and station counterparts.
• Order entry, maintenance of client schedules, and audience delivery tracking.
• Resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Providing overall support to the sales organization.
• Ensuring all orders follow standardized coding for accurate reporting.
• Working closely with Sales Management to meet sales deadlines.
• Actively using TEGNA selling platforms.
• Creating analysis on campaigns for reporting trends.
• Supporting training opportunities for Sales Assistants.
• Maintaining strong inter-department relations.

Requirements

• College degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of account engagement in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Previous experience using WideOrbit is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects under deadline pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
