Fulfillment Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for the dissemination of confidential, legally required information, ensuring that information is relayed timely and accurately according to individual deal guidelines.

In Short

• Responsible for disseminating confidential information for M&A transactions.
• Review completed packets for compliance with deal requirements.
• Assist outside clientele in soliciting security holder base for transactions.
• Hands-on position within the Operations Department, based remotely or in Denver.
• Interpret capitalization tables and write data import instructions.
• Read and carry out steps in instruction letters for escrow fund releases.
• Formulate processing methods according to deal types.
• Build online document templates for solicitation processes.
• Interface with other departments to ensure expected outcomes.
• Create status reports and use SQL for data extraction.

Requirements

• Strong project management and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• 2-5 years of related business experience in operations or production services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
