In Short

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software systems using .NET (C#), SQL, and PySpark.
• Lead and participate in migration efforts from SQL to PySpark and from C# to Microsoft Fabric.
• Strive for optimal Azure resource usage with the new solution.
• Write clean, optimal, and well-documented code that aligns with best practices and business logic.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, analysts, and QA.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement and suggest scalable solutions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively within the engineering team and across departments.
• Learn the existing system's business/data domain and optimize the new solution for understandability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and SQL.
• Practical experience with PySpark.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or willingness to learn.
• Proficient in AI-assisted development tools.
• Excellent debugging and system maintenance skills.
• Strong understanding of code optimization techniques in Azure Cloud.
• Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
