  • Drive sales within the hospital/healthcare segment.
  • Manage complex sales cycles by developing key relationships.
  • Execute sales plans and strategies for new business and expansion.
  • Lead generation, presentations, and closing deals to achieve quotas.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
  • Support management in presentations and sales metrics analysis.
  • Provide business development advice and financial analysis to customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Advise senior management on sales directions and market trends.
  • Manage sales pipeline effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related area or equivalent experience.
  • Complex solutions and consultative sales experience required.
  • Proven ability to sell ROI and manage long-term sales cycles.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the hospital/healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of the hospital industry and competitors preferred.
  • Ability to travel if needed.
