• Lead initiatives to optimize marketing effectiveness and program management capabilities.
• Develop a marketing effectiveness framework to measure key marketing programs.
• Analyze marketing data to assess ROI and effectiveness across channels.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to develop dashboards for performance tracking.
• Manage department sprint planning and agile processes.
• Oversee end-to-end management of priority marketing and cross-GTM programs.
• Build strategy for Target Account Marketing focusing on larger service firms.
• Contribute to lead management processes ensuring no lead is left behind.
• Facilitate key GTM events and initiatives.
• Continuously improve team operations and collaboration.

Requirements

• Solid experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or program management.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Good understanding of marketing measurement methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making experience.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience building target account marketing/ABM programs.
• Experience with Outbound programs and measurement.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
