In Short

  • Serve as ON24’s SME for marketing program effectiveness supporting Sales and Customer Success.
  • Engage with large, global enterprises to improve go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Ownership of the process and assets used in program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and execute Proof of Concepts with sales prospects.
  • Become certified on all product offerings.
  • Partner with Sales organization for training and enablement.
  • Participate in sales strategy and positioning meetings.
  • Conduct regular roadmap reviews with clients and team members.
  • Share knowledge on prospect requirements and competitive insights.
  • Provide marketing expertise to sales and customer support.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience or consulting experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Industry marketing expertise in Information Technology, Financial Services, or Life Sciences.
  • Highly proficient in running structured assessments and workshops.
  • Ability to lead discussions and presentations with clarity.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions.
