• Identify and approach potential vendors aligning with the company's needs and standards.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective vendors, including details on offerings, pricing, and terms.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality deliverables.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential vendors, aligning partnerships with organizational goals.
• Set and achieve sales targets and quotas as outlined by the company.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and materials, tailoring messaging to resonate with the restaurant sector.
• Coordinate with the vendor relationship team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new vendors, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, adapting strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Related Field.
• Proven experience in selling a service or product.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Excellent follow-up, follow-through skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and ability to have difficult conversations.
• Restaurant background preferred but not required.
