Senior Staff Accountant - Remote

In Short

• Provide billable client accounting, bookkeeping, recordkeeping, and reporting to clients.
• Maintain the integrity of client data and identify patterns, problems, and inaccuracies in accounting systems.
• Possess high integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and technical proficiency.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Perform data entry, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.
• Utilize Excel for financial analysis and updating KPI reports.
• Prepare financial statements and address unusual accounting problems.
• Assist with the implementation of budgets and financial controls.
• Reconcile various accounts against bank statements.
• Communicate professionally with clients and teammates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years working with Multi Clients accounting (MANDATORY).
• Minimum 5+ years of work in progressive accounting roles.
• Strong full-Cycle accounting skills.
• Excellent experience in QuickBooks Online and Desktop (Mandatory).
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and takes initiative.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Excel proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to new software systems as required by clients.
• Ability to work in various U.S. time zones.
