In Short

• Process payrolls daily for various clients.
• Send payroll reminders and reports to clients.
• Manage employee changes and calculate payroll accurately.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and clients.
• Assist with unemployment claims and manage timekeeping software.
• Run reports for clients and help with PrismHR navigation.
• Full-time remote position, Monday to Friday.
• 2+ years experience with multi-client accounting portfolio required.
• Knowledge of PTO accruals and audits is essential.
• Detail-oriented and service-minded individual preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years working with a multi-client accounting portfolio.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience for US companies.
• Excel savvy and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Service-oriented mindset and tech-savvy.
• Propensity to improve processes.
