Overview

The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the company's Sales and Marketing team, supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing.

In Short

  • Manage calendar for the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Schedule internal sales meetings and sales demos.
  • Create and update sales quotes and contract addendums.
  • Support price increase communications to customers.
  • Enter and maintain lead and contact records in CRM.
  • Update Sales & Marketing scorecard and prepare sales reports.
  • Manage and maintain sales collateral library.
  • Assist with social engagement activities.
  • Coordinate shipping of sales materials for conferences.
  • Support the sales team in quoting, contract updates, and customer communications.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales administration or similar role.
  • Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
